2. Twisting the process — creating content faster using boundaries
3. Create profitable quality content fast — use the magic of three
4. Every creation becomes endless content possibilities — show up everywhere
5. Make your content instantly more valuable — insert these snippets
6. Execute this daily discipline — become successful faster
Why does it matter?:
Most people can’t create content because they approach it the wrong way so by following this system you can make more money because you will create attention.
The "how to" approach without any obstacles is the best way to start creating content because it provides a clear and concise roadmap for the audience.
By focusing on a specific outcome and removing potential hurdles, the content becomes more actionable and valuable.
It caters to the audience's needs, providing them with step-by-step instructions to achieve their desired results.
This approach eliminates confusion and maximizes the effectiveness of the content.
Whether it's a tutorial, guide, or educational piece, the "how to" without obstacles ensures that the audience can easily follow and implement the content, leading to a successful outcome.
By using this information, you should be able to:
Build your brand faster and easier by creating valuable content every day in less than an hour that drives interested people to your email list and in front of your offers.
Point 1: Using the root headline is the first step to creating content quickly
If you don’t start this way you don’t have a project — you need a map:
- People want to know what they get and how to overcome the hard parts of getting it.
- Unless you know what people get and what you prevent, they won't care.
- Ask: What did I want and what was hard? Solve that in the headline.
How To (Outcome) Without (Obstacle):
- Once you have the core headline you can repurpose it with chatGPT
- Test your headline by posting it on social media and see how people react
- Keep a swipe file of all the headlines you create so you can get started faster
Write to yourself several years ago:
- Think how you would help yourself if you were going back in time to help yourself
- Talking to yourself in your content will attract your perfect niche. You are the niche.
- How would you get your attention and how would you get yourself to consume it?
Point 2: The process doesn't start linear, it's a "paint by numbers" approach
Without a map or guide it takes forever to create and you never get anything created:
- Once you have the headline hook think of all the main points that have to be covered.
- Go through it quickly and don’t overthink this you will be writing about this a lot
- You want to build out bullets under bullets and keep the length short so it’s easier
Understanding the “paint by numbers” framework:
- Headline —> Main points —> Main points of the main points —> Continue pattern
- When you get enough to a place where you can’t go deeper then you’ve made it
- To surface the most important points, think of this as a reduction or filtering process
What are the main points of the main points?:
- Ask: What’s the most important thing to know about this point?
- The whole piece of content should be about a single topic that has been simplified.
- Make sure to solve the problem and deliver on the outcome promised in the headline.
Point 3: You WIN with the "rule of three" content mental model if you keep it simple
When you set limits it causes creativity to flourish and removes fluff:
- People want the answer and they want it now so anything extra is annoying.
- By limiting to only 3 points under each point it squeezes the necessary out.
- Ask: If I only have 3 points that I can cover to get this solved what would I include?
Understanding the “rule of 3” content mental model to create better and faster:
- You can only use 3 of whatever it is you’re constructing.
- Only 3 core points and each point only has 3 bullets and each bullet 3 items.
- This keeps your mental willpower strong and removes constraints so you flow.
You can always add more later to make the piece more valuable:
- You don’t have to include everything this time you can cover it again later.
- This relieves the stress of thinking you have to do it all now.
- Because you can do more later it sets you up for endless content creation.
Point 4: Allcontent that you create this way can turn into any type of content
Everything starts as a written roadmap then we turn it into multiple styles of media:
- Once you have the written framework now you can turn it into images or videos.
- You can create images that you show and voiceover or you can turn it into a thread.
- This roadmap is the backbone of all the content you can create forever.
All the different types of media you can create with a written roadmap first:
- Most people don’t create because they don’t have a roadmap or blueprint to follow.
- When you know what you need to create it becomes a matter of finding examples.
- Ask: What is another way I can say the same thing? How can it be shorter or longer?
You can make anything faster using ChatGPT to repurpose content endlessly:
- ChatGPT can take any question you ask about your content and create useful ideas.
- Treat ChatGPT as a genius creator that can turn your content into other content.
- Say: Take this headline and turn it into a tweet, video, blog, slideshow, etc.
Part 5: Include validating resources to make everything more valuable
To create undeniable value find proof or examples to include in your content:
- Find other credible sources that support what you’re saying to put in your content.
- If someone credible also supports your content it makes it more valuable.
- Including the support will help your content look more creative and attractive.
Types of proof or examples that you can use and how to include them with links:
- All supporting elements that you add to your content need to include a source link.
- You can include quotes, snippets, videos, images, etc.
- Use a tool like FireShot to easily be able to screenshot. Use Loom for video capture.
Go through and edit everything you’ve created at least 1 time asking how to simplify:
- I always find ways to improve what I created every time I go back over it.
- You can make this content once and it can pay you forever so make it good.
- Go through your creation at least one time and ask what you can do to make it better.
Part 6: Thisdaily writing habit and publishing mindset grows your life and business
Develop a time and place when you can get into micro-monk mode and create:
- Monk mode is when you lock away and focus on getting something done.
- In micro-monk mode, you lock yourself away for 1 hour and create your daily content.
- Find your “zen spot” and use this “color in the lines” framework to publish daily.
Find and master a system that allows you to create quickly and publish daily:
- Create a schedule of when you are going to do micro-monk mode each day.
- Create a process of what you will do and in what order to get the content published.
- Ask: What topic will I write about tomorrow at this time? Create this the day before.
The most important result to achieve each day is creating and publishing:
- No matter what happens each day it is necessary to create a piece of content.
- No matter what happens each day it is necessary to publish a piece of content.
- Creating and publishing content daily will make you successful and secure faster.
If you turn content creation into stacking and assembling the necessary elements creating becomes faster and easier.
Think of creating and publishing each day as a non-negotiable operation that must be completed no matter what.
This will grow your life and business while making you an incredible person in the world that is helpful and has given power to the world.
Create and publish every day using this framework.
